Thanks!!! I think I am finding that I really like making crazy stringers with 5 or 6 colors and frit all twisted. Then I make a small gather and then drizzle the stringer all around it and round it out. That seems to be the most fun thing so far, That might end up being 'my thing'.

love your marbles, do you gravaty form or use a mold? if molds what style are you using? I have just started making some marbles myself. I mostly do sculpture but marbles have been calling to me :) I am having fun making micromarbles ....none bigger than 3mm, its teaching me heat control for sure.

My first beads

Well I made my first beads today. I put photos in my profile of them. I like spontaneous designs. As you can see they look kinda neat, for first attempts. They are a lot easier to make than marbles. I have a really hard time flame annealing to prevent thermal cracks and with the beads, this is rare so far, I have 5 or 6 others but they are awaiting annealing and I'll get photos up when I can of them. ~ James

Just started glass work - marbles

The just started making marbles a few days ago. I love it. The photo associated with my profile is one of my first few.
